Serene Siera Vista is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team as an Early Intervention Specialist. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct multidisciplinary team assessments to evaluate each client's developmental status, ensuring inclusive participation from all stakeholders.

• Provide individualized early childhood development services tailored to the unique needs and abilities of children aged 0-3, focusing on cognitive, adaptive, social-emotional, self-care, fine motor, gross motor, and communication skills.
\n
• Lead the development and implementation of Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs), identifying specific goals, objectives, and strategies to promote optimal child development.
\n
• Document and maintain comprehensive progress notes, reports, assessments, and relevant correspondence in compliance with organizational standards and timelines.
\n
• Facilitate individual and group interventions for young children facing developmental delays, utilizing therapeutic techniques that encourage progress in key developmental areas.
\n
• Assess and identify family strengths and challenges while engaging them actively in their child’s development and care coordination.
\n
• Act as a service coordinator for each family on your caseload, implementing and evaluating tailored intervention plans to ensure positive outcomes.

• Support and empower families by facilitating parent-child interaction strategies to enhance children's development, while cultivating advocacy skills within families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
