This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work-life balance, while still providing essential support services through school settings. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children referred for early intervention services.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to tailor interventions according to each child's unique needs.

• Monitor and document outcomes for each child, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery.

• Provide ongoing support to families, equipping them with strategies and resources to foster their child's development.

• Develop trusting relationships with children and families to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to the Natural Learning Environment Practices in all interventions.

• Guide families in implementing IFSP recommendations and adapting to the individualized frequency of services based on developmental milestones and family feedback.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety standards applicable to our services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of this role will be on infants and toddlers diagnosed with developmental delays or disabilities. Our social workers play a crucial part in addressing the diverse needs of this vulnerable population, working closely with families to navigate challenges and discover strengths. By functioning as advocates for the children, our LCSWs ensure that each child receives the proper attention and support needed for effective growth during their formative years.

Qualifications\n
