As a remote position, the Licensed Clinical Social Worker will perform their duties flexibly from a home office, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals dedicated to improving children’s outcomes. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental delays or disabilities.

• Engage in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), collaborating closely with families to outline appropriate interventions.

• Monitor and evaluate outcomes as an integral member of a dedicated team, making adjustments to services as necessary based on child progress and family feedback.
\n
• Provide essential support to families, sharing resources and strategies to foster their child’s development effectively.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to inform treatment strategies, ensuring comprehensive and well-rounded approaches are taken in natural learning environments.

• Maintain compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations and ethical guidelines in social work practice.
\n
• Demonstrate adaptability to accommodate diverse learning styles, ensuring that each child receives individualized attention.
\n
• Develop rapport and build trusting relationships with children and families, creating a safe and nurturing atmosphere conducive to learning and growth.

• Implement the IFSP and recommend service frequency based on the child’s developmental status and family needs.
\n
• Employ a coaching model in natural settings for the teaching and development of children.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on infants and toddlers up to age three, many of whom may experience disabilities or developmental delays. LCSWs in this position will work closely with families from diverse backgrounds, providing support, information, and resources tailored to enhance their child’s learning and development. By fostering a collaborative partnership with families, our LCSWs can better facilitate a child’s growth in a supportive, individualized manner.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the Department of Public Health is mandatory.

• A valid driver’s license is necessary for potential travel to family homes or service locations.
