Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify each child's developmental strengths and challenges.

• Ccontribute to the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that address specific needs and goals.

• Monitor progress and outcomes collaboratively with team members, providing regular updates and insights during team meetings.
\n
• Engage directly with families to offer support, guidance, and resources, fostering a strong partnership to enhance the child's growth.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations governing the provision of services.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and natural learning environment approaches to optimize child learning and development.
\n
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and multidisciplinary team members, creating a nurturing atmosphere conducive to growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves young children, typically from birth to three years old, along with their families. The focus is on those with developmental delays or disabilities, as well as those who may be at risk for developmental challenges. The goal is to empower children and their families through tailored support that promotes skill development in areas such as physical, cognitive, social-emotional, and communication skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to facilitate family visits if needed.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to adapt interventions to various learning styles to meet each child’s individualized treatment plan.

• Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to Natural Learning Environment Practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children in early intervention settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
