Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the developmental needs of children.

• Participating actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
\n
• Monitoring and evaluating child development outcomes as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
\n
• Providing tailored support and guidance to families to foster their child's growth.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices within the Natural Learning Environment framework to create effective interventions.
\n
• Administering various assessments and developing personalized action plans with families based on their unique situations.
\n
• Building strong rapport with children and families to create a nurturing and supportive learning environment.

• Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on children aged 0-3 years who may exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. You will engage with families in helping their young ones gain crucial skills across various domains, including physical, cognitive, social-emotional, and communication development. By promoting early intervention, you will play an essential role in improving long-term outcomes for these children and their families.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
