As a remote facilitator, you will work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of professionals within our Detox Center setting. Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include a wide array of clinical activities aimed at improving patient mental health outcomes:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to gauge patient needs and establish individualized treatment plans that incorporate best practices.

• Deliver diverse therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches tailored to client preferences.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and best practice standards, ensuring privacy and security requirements are met.

• Collaborate effectively with physicians, psychologists, and other social workers to create a cohesive treatment approach for all patients.

• Engage in regular supervision, peer reviews, and case consultations to foster continuous improvement in therapeutic practices.

• Provide education and skill-building resources to patients and their families, facilitating greater understanding of mental health issues and available treatment options.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus primarily on patients in a detoxification setting, requiring sensitivity and awareness of the distinct challenges faced by this population. You will interact with individuals grappling with substance use disorders and concurrent mental health conditions, providing them with the structured support needed to navigate recovery.

Qualifications\n

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of three years of post-graduate clinical experience with a focus on psychotherapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
