This role operates within a remote work setting primarily focused on providing services within schools. Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly as a clinician with clients—both in the school environment and through community outreach—who present with major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders.

• Develop and maintain trusting relationships with clients and colleagues, fostering an atmosphere of collaboration to advance team objectives.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments, determining the most appropriate therapeutic interventions and care plans for each individual.

• Document and monitor client progress through regular assessments, ensuring compliance with best practices and ethical standards.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, focusing on empowering clients to articulate their needs and goals.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts as necessary, ensuring that immediate support is available when urgent issues arise.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field is required; a Master's degree or higher is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Del Puerto Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
