Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand the needs of young patients and their families.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), collaborating with families and other team members.

• Monitor child development outcomes and provide regular feedback to families and the care team, ensuring that goals are met.

• Deliver emotional and educational support to families to enhance their child's development, including training and resources on evidence-based practices.

• Comply with all Federal and State regulations, standards, and ethical guidelines related to social work practices.

• Foster meaningful relationships with children and families to create a nurturing and effective environment for growth.

• Implement strategies using the Natural Learning Environment Practices for facilitating developmental engagement.
\n
• Provide coaching to families and recommend intervention frequency based on each child's developmental assessment and parental concerns.

• Utilize appropriate assessment tools to deliver evidence-backed evaluations and recommendations.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of the relevant tools and methodologies required for social work in pediatric settings, such as coaching models and natural environment teaching techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily addresses the needs of children aged 0-3 years who may face disabilities or developmental delays. By utilizing assessments and personalized support tailored to each child's unique circumstances, you will be crucial in facilitating early intervention strategies. Compensation and Benefits\n
