Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting detailed evaluations and assessments of children to determine their developmental needs and create comprehensive treatment plans.
\n
• Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), keeping family goals and child developmental milestones at the forefront.
\n
• Monitoring client outcomes through collaborative efforts with other team members to ensure effective strategies are in place to support developmental gains.
\n
• Providing ongoing educational support and resources to families, empowering them to engage in their child's development actively.
\n
• Adhering strictly to Federal and State regulations and policies while delivering services in a compliant manner.
\n
• Utilizing the Natural Learning Environment Practices and evidence-based strategies to recommend individualized interventions tailored to each family's needs.
\n
• Building and nurturing rapport with children, families, and team members to create a supportive, healthy, and productive environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses specifically on children from birth to three years old, including those with disabilities or developmental delays. Our services aim to assist in enhancing physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills necessary for healthy growth during these formative years. As an LCSW at Life Escape, your work will create tangible impacts in the lives of these children and their families.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Active licensure with the Department of Public Health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
\n
• A valid driver's license to facilitate any necessary travel for community outreach and client meetings.
\n
• A minimum of one year of experience working in early intervention settings with young children and families in need of support.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to utilize adaptive learning styles to cater to the diverse needs of each child and family.
\n
• Strong communication skills, effective time management abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively with colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

Familiarity with early intervention methodologies and a proven track record of developing individualized intervention plans will be highly beneficial. Experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to address complex case needs is advantageous.
