Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to determine developmental needs and eligibility for services.

• Participate actively in the development of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring they align with each child's unique goals and needs.

• Monitor the effectiveness of interventions through regular evaluations and adjustments, ensuring each child's progress is tracked meticulously.

• Provide emotional and practical support to families, helping them navigate challenges associated with their child's developmental delays.

• Adhere to all applicable Federal and State regulations governing early intervention services, ensuring compliance in the delivery of care.

• Develop trusting relationships with children, families, and team members to create an inviting and encouraging learning environment.

• Implement and advocate for Natural Learning Environment Practices to promote the best educational and developmental outcomes for each child.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically focuses on young children under the age of three who are experiencing delays in their physical, cognitive, social, emotional, or communication development. You will work closely with families to provide the necessary support and resources to empower them as they advocate for their child's needs. Collaborating with parents and caregivers is essential in fostering an environment where children can thrive.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience working with children in early intervention settings.

• A valid driver's license is required to facilitate home visits and community engagements as needed.

• Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches and interventions to meet the individualized needs of each child based on their unique learning styles.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
