Work Environment\n

This position is remote, which allows for flexibility in your work schedule. However, you will collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines within our community health clinic. Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the psychological and emotional conditions of clients, which include understanding their histories, current issues, and environmental factors.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working closely with clients to address their specific mental health needs and goals.

  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care, to guide individual and group therapy sessions.

  • Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and connecting clients with higher levels of care when necessary.

  • Engage with a multidisciplinary team comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurse practitioners to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment across platforms.

  • Maintain meticulous documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments to comply with legal and ethical guidelines.

  • Facilitate psychoeducation initiatives, helping clients and their families understand mental health conditions and available resources.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your professional skills and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on serving a diverse client base. You will work with individuals from various socio-economic backgrounds, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Your therapeutic interventions will empower these clients to build resilience, emotional regulation, and coping strategies necessary for their well-being.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • \n
  • Active and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Colorado.
  • \n
  • A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health, preferably in a community health or clinical setting.

  • Strong understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment techniques.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to diverse client needs.

  • Demonstrated experience delivering individual and group therapy sessions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients from varied backgrounds.

  • Proficient in the use of electronic health record (EHR) systems.

  • Experience providing therapy within a community health clinic or educational setting.

  • Knowledge of and experience with integrating LGBTQ+ affirming practices and cultural competency into therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
