In this role, you will provide critical support to children with developmental delays and their families, facilitating improvement in their overall well-being and quality of life. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments focusing on individual child development needs.

• Participate actively in the creation and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) designed collaboratively with families.

• Monitor outcomes and contribute to team meetings, ensuring that the developmental goals of children are met according to established timelines.

• Engage directly with families to provide education, skills, and support tailored to enhance their child's developmental progress.

• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations while maintaining the highest standards of practice to safeguard client confidentiality and health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children—specifically babies and toddlers—experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. You will provide early intervention services that help these young clients acquire critical physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills during their formative years. Working closely with families, you will support their journey through navigating services and foster an environment conducive to their child's growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensure by the Department of Public Health and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) status.

• A valid driver’s license is required for occasional in-community visits.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n
