Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the developmental needs of children.

• Utilize individualized family service plans (IFSP) to coordinate and implement tailored interventions for enrolled families.

• Monitor progress towards treatment goals and ensure comprehensive care by collaborating with team members.

• Facilitate effective communication and rapport-building with children, families, and team colleagues to create a nurturing learning environment.

• Provide educational support to families, equipping them with effective strategies and resources to enhance their child's developmental trajectory.

• Employ natural environment practices and coaching models to deliver individualized support effectively.

• Comply with all relevant federal and state regulations regarding service delivery and best practices in early childhood intervention.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. These children are often navigating critical early developmental milestones in areas such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. Your role as an LCSW will be pivotal in providing support not only to the children but also to the families working to foster their growth and development.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
