Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental delays and needs.

• Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) by collaborating with families and interdisciplinary team members.

• Regularly monitor progress and outcomes through objective measurements and ongoing assessments.

• Provide emotional and practical support to families, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.

• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding early childhood services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position specifically serves infants and toddlers, focusing on early intervention for those facing developmental delays or disabilities. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
