Work Environment\n

This is a remote position that allows flexibility in your work setting while serving our client population in San Jose, California. You will engage with families primarily through virtual consultations and online resources, maintaining a supportive and collaborative environment that prioritizes the health and well-being of both staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing assessments to understand the developmental needs of children in your care.
\n
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), tailoring support strategies to address each child’s unique needs.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of interventions, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure the best possible developmental progress for children.
\n
• Provide essential support and guidance to families, equipping them with strategies and resources to enhance their child's development at home.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations related to early intervention services.
\n
• Utilize a coaching model and Natural Learning Environment Practices to engage children and families effectively.
\n
• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members to create a positive learning environment.
\n
• Develop rapport with clients to facilitate open communication and trust, promoting effective treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Privia, your primary focus will be on young children, particularly those infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. You will support families from diverse backgrounds, providing culturally competent care that respects and integrates each family's unique context and values. Your work will directly impact children's physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills during these crucial early years.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver's license is essential for potential travel to meet family needs.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to adapt practices based on individual learning styles and developmental needs.
\n
• One year of direct experience working with children in early intervention settings is preferred.

• Commitment to applying Natural Learning Environment Practices in all interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
