Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver comprehensive individual, group, and family therapy tailored to the needs of assigned clients.

• Conduct assessments and counseling for families and children, ensuring clients meet medical necessity as per DSM V diagnostic criteria.

• Design and facilitate psycho-educational groups and classes on parenting and related topics to enhance community support.

• Maintain accurate client records, complete necessary documentation in a timely manner, and ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on client feedback and needs.

• Fulfill billing requirements by meeting productivity standards for reimbursable hours, ensuring the sustainability of services provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be on children and families in the Darby area, often navigating challenges such as behavioral issues, trauma, and socio-economic hardships. You will engage with clients in a culturally competent manner, recognizing the diverse backgrounds, strengths, and needs of each individual or family you serve. Your work will not only provide therapeutic interventions but also facilitate a greater understanding of mental health topics, empowering clients to achieve better outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Must possess a valid LCSW license in the state of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
