Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed evaluations and comprehensive assessments of children referred for early intervention services.
\n
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring alignment with best practices and evidence-based strategies.
\n
• Monitor progress and outcomes by collaborating with families, educators, and other professionals as part of a cohesive interdisciplinary team.
\n
• Provide valuable support and guidance to families, helping them access resources and strategies to enhance their child's development.
\n
• Facilitate respectful and productive relationships with children, families, and caregivers, promoting a supportive learning environment conducive to growth.

• Utilize the coaching model and natural environment teaching techniques to meet each child's unique needs while fostering their independence and skills.

• Adhere to all relevant local, state, and federal regulations to ensure compliance and the highest safety standards for children and families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves children from birth to age three who may exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. You will be instrumental in helping these children reach critical developmental milestones in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. By providing tailored support to families, you will positively impact the overall well-being and future success of these young individuals, setting them on a path toward thriving in their educational journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution or a Doctorate of Social Work.

• A current LCSW license issued by the California Department of Public Health.

• A minimum of one year of hands-on experience working with young children and families in early intervention settings.

• A valid driver's license, with the ability to travel locally for client meetings when necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n
