Work Environment\n

This role is designed to be fully remote, yet it involves close collaboration with educational institutions and multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand the strengths and needs of children and their families.
\n
• Actively participate in the formulation, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
\n
• Provide Early Intervention (EI) support to families, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills necessary to enhance their child's development.
\n
• Monitor and document progress of children in collaboration with educational staff and family members.
\n
• Develop trusting relationships with children and families to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
\n
• Adhere to all federal and state guidelines regarding early childhood interventions and therapy practices.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based strategies and Natural Learning Environment Practices to effectively work with children in their everyday settings.
\n
• Work collaboratively with families to design strategies that are tailored to the developmental needs of their children.
\n
• Provide education and resources to families regarding community services and developmental milestones.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young children with disabilities or developmental delays, typically during their critical early years of development. The work is collaborative, involving not only the children and their families but also other service providers and educational teams committed to supporting each child's progress. Your contributions will directly influence the children's physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work is required.
\n
• Current State Department of Public Health licensure and LCSW certification.
\n
• Valid driver's license.
\n
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to professional collaboration.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
\n
• Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and adjust strategies based on individual needs.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
