Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify their developmental needs and progress.

• Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) in collaboration with team members and family, tailoring supports to meet each child's unique needs.

• Monitor and evaluate outcomes, ensuring that interventions are effective and beneficial for the child’s development.
\n
• Provide education and ongoing support to families, fostering a collaborative environment that enables families to actively engage in their child’s development.

• Facilitate positive rapport with children and families to create a nurturing and supportive environment conducive to their growth.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations regarding the provision of social work and early intervention services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on infants and toddlers from birth to three years old who are experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. You will be instrumental in helping these children develop crucial skills in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains. Your work will significantly impact families, guiding them through challenges and supporting their child’s developmental journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license, with the ability to travel as needed to meet with families and attend team meetings.

• Ability to adapt interventions to various learning styles, ensuring personalized treatment plans that align with each child's unique behavioral and learning needs.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience working with children in early intervention settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
