Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients, including assessments, individual and group therapy, and crisis interventions, ensuring therapeutic practices are both evidence-based and culturally competent.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans in coordination with clients, families, and other service providers to facilitate comprehensive mental health care.

• Conduct routine screenings for emotional and mental health issues, utilizing developmentally appropriate methodologies and adapting plans as needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with organizational policies, necessary for tracking client progress and care outcomes.

• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings, sharing insights and strategies to improve service delivery across the clinic.

• Engage with community resources to enhance client support systems, advocating for their needs and connecting them to beneficial services.

• Monitor client safety and well-being, identifying and addressing any potential risks within their environments to ensure comprehensive support.

This position primarily serves children, adolescents, and their families who are facing significant emotional and mental health challenges. The client base is often from diverse backgrounds and may include underprivileged communities whose access to mental health services is limited. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is required.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
