Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will engage in a variety of therapeutic practices to help clients navigate their mental health challenges effectively. Specific responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to identify needs accurately and tailor interventions accordingly.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Documenting all patient interactions and treatment progress in compliance with department standards, participating in interdisciplinary meetings to enhance care coordination.

Qualifications\n
