This full-time position operates remotely, allowing for flexibility in daily scheduling to accommodate both the team's operational needs and the patients' requirements. Our standard work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility for client appointments. This remote setup enables team members to balance their personal and professional lives while ensuring consistent access to comprehensive mental health care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
