This position is primarily remote, affording flexibility while ensuring effective service delivery via telehealth platforms. Although the majority of your work will be conducted from home, our sophisticated outpatient office in Stockton will serve as a collaborative hub for team meetings, training, and occasional on-site client visits. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments, identifying each client's strengths, challenges, and capacities to ensure all intake documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, tailoring your approach to suit the individual needs of clients.

• Develop and implement action-oriented treatment plans that incorporate specific psychological interventions aimed at enabling clients to achieve their personal goals.

• Deliver individualized and family counseling sessions, fostering a therapeutic alliance that promotes openness and trust.

• Provide vocational and experiential counseling when needed, helping clients navigate their professional and personal lives effectively.

• Collaborate actively with community resources and referral sources to coordinate and optimize services for clients, including housing support, job training, and education services.

• Perform crisis intervention as necessary, offering immediate support and stabilization to clients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in regular consultation and feedback sessions with treatment team members to discuss progress, challenges, and effective strategies for ongoing care.

• Uphold and keep current all necessary state licensing requirements to practice as an LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a robust benefits package.
