This position offers a remote work setting with a focus on providing services directly to children and families within their school environments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of children and their families.

• Actively participate in the creation and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring tailored support for each child's unique developmental journey.

• Monitor and review the progress of children in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
\n
• Provide direct support and guidance to families, helping them navigate resources to benefit their child's developmental needs.
\n
• Educate families on effective strategies and evidence-based practices that promote growth in natural environments.
\n
• Utilize a coaching approach when working with families to ensure successful implementation of strategies at home and in educational settings.

• Uphold all federal and state regulations governing social work practices.
\n
• Foster strong, trusting relationships with children and families to create an emotionally supportive environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. You will engage with families to help these children develop essential skills in physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication domains, particularly during the critical early years of life. Your work will aim to promote positive child outcomes through effective early intervention services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to fulfill home and community-based visits.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with children in early intervention contexts.
\n
• A commitment to and understanding of Natural Learning Environment Practices.
\n
• Bilingual proficiency is encouraged but not required.

• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
