Work Environment\n

This role will primarily operate in a remote setting, allowing for flexible work arrangements while focusing on the needs of families and children. The social worker will work closely with a multidisciplinary team and engage directly with families in their natural environments, ensuring that care is both accessible and tailored to individual needs. The school facility serves as the collaborative hub for coordinating resources and support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to understand their developmental needs.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), tailoring services to meet the specific requirements of each child and family.

• Continuously monitor progress and outcomes as part of a committed team, ensuring that therapeutic interventions are effective.

• Build rapport with children and families to create a supportive and healthy learning environment.
\n
• Provide guidance and support to families, equipping them with information and skills to enhance their child's development.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment approach to develop joint action plans with families.

• Administer evaluations and assessments judiciously while remaining compliant with federal and state regulations.

• Implement strategies that foster natural environment teaching and promote developmental milestones in children.

• Engage in constant reflection and adaptation to various learning and developmental styles unique to each child.

• Ensure all health and safety standards are met for staff and individuals served.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The licensed clinical social worker will primarily work with young children, particularly babies and toddlers experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. Our Early Intervention services focus on nurturing physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills essential for growth during these formative years. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 75,000 and 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
