Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the counseling needs of clients, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies.

• Diagnose substance abuse issues in accordance with the DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual) criteria to determine the appropriate level of care needed.

• Develop tailored treatment plans, specifically focusing on the substance abuse counseling component for each client to support their recovery journey.
\n
• Create comprehensive client discharge and continuum of care plans to facilitate transitions to the necessary levels of care.
\n
• Document all counseling and educational services accurately, including assessments and follow-ups, in each client's clinical record to maintain compliance and high-quality standards.
\n
• Manage an assigned caseload effectively, ensuring all case management, treatment planning, and clinical charting responsibilities are fulfilled promptly.
\n
• Coordinate and collaborate with referral sources including educational institutions, legal entities, and employers to advocate for the client's needs.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention strategies and facilitate interventions through a multi-disciplinary team approach, ensuring immediate needs are addressed for assigned clients.

The Social Worker will primarily engage with students experiencing mental health challenges, including those with co-occurring disorders like substance abuse and various emotional and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, comprehensive benefits include:
