Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments on children to identify their needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary team members.

• Monitor and assess the outcomes of intervention strategies and make necessary adjustments to the treatment plans based on client progression.

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to families, helping them navigate the complexities of child development and available resources.
\n
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a nurturing and collaborative environment conducive to learning and growth.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and natural learning environment methodologies to promote the acquisition of essential developmental skills.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations concerning the provision of mental health services.

• Regularly document client progress and maintain accurate records in line with organizational requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker will focus primarily on infants and toddlers, particularly those experiencing disabilities or developmental delays during their crucial early years. By leveraging a strong therapeutic approach, you will be instrumental in facilitating their physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skill development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current LCSW licensure issued by the Colorado Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver's license for potential travel.

• At least one year of experience working in early intervention and providing services to young children.

Compensation and Benefits\n
