Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from your preferred location while remaining connected with our team and clients. You will engage with families through telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility and comfort for those you serve. As an LCSW in a hospice center, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering holistic care, which includes working closely with nurses, medical providers, and other social workers to meet the comprehensive needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Belmar Psychotherapy Services, your role will encompass a variety of essential tasks:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the specific needs and challenges faced by the children and families within our care.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring that each plan is tailored to the child’s developmental goals and family context.

• Monitor progress and outcomes as an integral member of the care team, adjusting strategies and interventions as necessary to optimize developmental progress.
\n
• Provide direct support to families, offering resources, skills, and guidance aimed at enhancing their child's growth and well-being.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations and standards governing social work practices, maintaining high ethical and professional standards.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices to promote effective learning and development.
\n
• Maintain open, supportive communication with families, fostering strong relationships that encourage collaboration and engagement.
\n
• Use coaching techniques and natural environment teaching methods to implement interventions and strategies in everyday settings.
\n
• Uphold all health and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff alike.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with children experiencing disabilities or developmental delays, especially those from marginalized communities. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license to facilitate travel as needed.

Compensation and Benefits\n
