This remote role is essential to our detox center operations in Aurora, Colorado. Our facility supports individuals navigating the complex journey of recovery from addiction. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients, focusing on their emotional, psychological, and social needs.

• Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) in collaboration with families, tailoring strategies that suit individual developmental needs.

• Monitor and document client progress and treatment outcomes to ensure effective intervention strategies.
\n
• Provide evidence-based Early Intervention (EI) support to clients and families, empowering them to enhance their child’s development and well-being.

• Utilize a coaching model and natural environment teaching techniques to engage with children and their families effectively.
\n
• Work within interdisciplinary teams to devise joint plans that integrate feedback from all service providers.

• Uphold compliance with all Federal and State regulations governing social work practices.
\n
• Foster strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families to promote a positive and supportive learning environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on children and adolescents suffering from mental health challenges and their families. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
