Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for children, identifying strengths and areas for growth.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), which outline tailored strategies for each child.
\n
• Monitor and report on child development outcomes as part of a multidisciplinary team focused on coordinated care.
\n
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to families, equipping them with valuable information and resources to foster their child's development.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment model to inform treatment strategies.
\n
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families to facilitate a supportive learning atmosphere.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to social work practices and child welfare.
\n
• Document all interactions and treatment progress accurately in our electronic health record system to maintain clear communication among team members.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers who face developmental challenges. You will work closely with families from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate available resources, enhance their child's skills, and advocate for their needs in various settings. Your role is essential in making a meaningful difference in the lives of these children and their families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.

• At least one year of professional experience working with children in early intervention programs.

• Valid driver's license to facilitate any necessary travel for client home visits.
\n
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a diverse caseload.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with families and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
