This is a remote position where you will engage with families, school staff, and multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of infants and toddlers, incorporating standardized measures as appropriate.

• Actively participate in the development and execution of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that all goals are personalized, relevant, and measurable.

• Monitor and evaluate the progress of children toward achieving IFSP goals, collaborating with families and other professionals to adjust strategies as necessary.

• Facilitate workshops and provide resources for parents and caregivers, equipping them with practical tools to support their child's development in real-time.

• Maintain compliance with all Federal and State regulations governing early intervention services, ensuring best practices are always adhered to.

• Build and sustain trusting relationships with children, families, and team members, creating an enriching environment conducive to learning and development.

• Design and implement individualized treatment strategies based on contemporary evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Principles.

• Utilize innovative coaching models and teaching approaches that emphasize learning in natural settings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will primarily work with infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Your role will involve collaborating with their families and education professionals to foster an environment that promotes early success and empowers children to thrive. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in a related field is required.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license from the Department of Public Health.

• A current driver’s license is essential for potential travel to community and family meetings.

• A minimum of one year of verifiable experience in early intervention services focused on children with disabilities or developmental challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 75,000 and 80,000 annually .
