Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children’s developmental needs using structured methodologies and standardized tools.

• Monitor and document progress towards developmental goals, adjusting intervention strategies as necessary to improve outcomes.

• Provide essential educational and emotional support to families, empowering them to engage effectively with their child's development.

• Ensure adherence to all relevant federal and state regulations, maintaining compliance in documentation and service delivery protocols.

• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and multidisciplinary team members to create a collaborative and supportive learning environment.

• Regularly communicate with educational staff and healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and facilitate better outcomes for children.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on infants and toddlers up to three years of age who exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. The LCSW's efforts directly support these young children and their families by enhancing communication skills, social-emotional growth, and cognitive abilities. Our LCSWs are vital to bridging gaps in care and promoting holistic development during these crucial early years.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a Doctorate in Social Work (DSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
