Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW within our organization, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify developmental delays and the specific needs of each child.
\n
• Participating actively in the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development and implementation process, ensuring families have a tailored roadmap to support their child’s growth.
\n
• Monitoring and analyzing outcomes as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing valuable insights to enhance treatment strategies.
\n
• Providing ongoing support and resources to families to empower them in fostering their child’s development while complying with all applicable federal and state regulations.
\n
• Building a rapport with children and families, creating a nurturing environment conducive to learning and development.
\n
• Administering evaluations and assessments using established criteria and adapting approaches based on individual learning styles and needs.

• Actively promoting and demonstrating Natural Learning Environment Practices to ensure a healthy and engaging learning atmosphere.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities, specifically those who may benefit from early intervention services. You will work closely with families to provide tailored support designed to facilitate development during the critical early years of life, with the goal of maximizing each child’s potential.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate of Social Work.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.

• A current, valid driver's license.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates with at least two years of experience working with children in early intervention settings. Familiarity with developmental milestones and interventions is essential, as is a demonstrated commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
