Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while participating in a collaborative and supportive team dedicated to early childhood intervention. As a licensed professional working within our detox center, you will engage with team members across disciplines, ensuring a coordinated approach to care and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders, including families and other service providers.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to determine developmental needs and establish a baseline for ongoing support.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring alignment with best practices.

• Monitor and document outcomes as a collaborative team member, adjusting strategies based on the evolving needs of the child and family dynamics.

• Engage with families to develop rapport and promote a supportive, healthy learning environment conducive to the child’s growth.

• Provide families with tailored information, resources, and skills that enhance their child’s developmental trajectory.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and a natural environment teaching approach to encourage children's learning and development.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations, maintaining high standards for health and safety in practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position is on infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays, laying the groundwork for their future cognitive, emotional, social, and communication skills. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Must hold a valid LCSW license from the Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
