Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ social, emotional, and psychological requirements, ensuring tailored support for unique individual needs.

• Provide individual and group counseling, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to foster healing and growth.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review comprehensive service plans in collaboration with clients to meet their personal goals and objectives effectively.

• Advocate passionately for clients’ rights and access to essential resources, ensuring a focus on social justice and equity within the community.

• Contribute to program development and evaluation to enhance our service offerings, including participation in grant reporting processes.

• Collaborate with community organizations, government agencies, and volunteers to enrich our services and expand our outreach capabilities.

• Engage actively in team meetings, training sessions, and community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness and promoting our mission.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting individuals and families in crisis, with a particular emphasis on those affected by issues related to trauma, substance abuse, and mental health disorders. You will provide care and counseling that is trauma-informed, respectful, and empowering, connecting clients to vital resources and support networks to facilitate their recovery and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential for this role.

• Experience in a nonprofit environment or similar setting is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also provide a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
