Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong focus on client engagement and team collaboration. The usual work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend work as needed based on client schedules. You will be part of a dynamic team that collaborates frequently to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, employing evidence-based practices tailored to their needs.

• Engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans that align with clients' goals and treatment objectives.

• Conduct thorough assessments and risk evaluations to identify client needs, and facilitate crisis management and intervention when necessary.

• Promote a culture of teamwork and respect, valuing diverse perspectives and foster an inclusive environment while working alongside colleagues from various backgrounds.

• Maintain compliance with organizational policies and ethical guidelines, continually striving to meet and exceed professional standards and codes of conduct.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The target client population involves children and adolescents seeking mental health support within the school system. You will be integral in developing therapeutic relationships and providing care that addresses their unique developmental, psychological, and social needs. Qualifications\n

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Arizona is required.
