This full-time, remote position will play a crucial role as part of our detox center's multidisciplinary team, providing vital support to children and families in need. Work Environment\n

This role will be remote, offering you the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team. At our detox center, we focus on holistic care and early intervention strategies that support the developmental needs of young children. Our staff collaborates closely to ensure that services are cohesive and aligned with both family and child-specific goals.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the developmental needs of each child.
\n
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), tailoring strategies to the unique needs of each child and family.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to monitor outcomes, evaluate effectiveness, and adjust plans as needed.
\n
• Provide insightful support and resources to families, focusing on enhancing their child’s development through evidence-based practices.
\n
• Establish a trusting rapport with children and their families to create positive and supportive learning environments.
\n
• Adapt treatment approaches to meet diverse learning styles and promote individual progress.
\n
• Implement natural environment teaching strategies to facilitate family involvement in their child's learning.
\n
• Adhere to all relevant Federal and State regulations to ensure compliance and high standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with young children, especially those with disabilities or delays, and their families. This role emphasizes the critical early years of development, focusing on physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. By directly engaging with families, the LCSW contributes to the children’s holistic development and helps alleviate family concerns about their child's progress, ultimately enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required; a Doctorate in Social Work is preferred.

• Must have an active LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.

• At least one year of professional experience working with children in early intervention settings.

• A valid driver's license to facilitate potential travel for community and home-based visits.
\n
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
