About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President & Chief Operating Officer (VP & COO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's strategic and operational leadership. The VP & COO will also be involved in financial leadership, including budgeting, forecasting, and developing sustainable business models, and will lead the People & Culture and Data, Product & IT teams to advance the company's mission. Applicants for the VP & COO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of senior executive-level operational and financial management experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in complex, high-growth, mission-driven organizations.
