Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation tools and technology to facilitate effective treatment plans. Working Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you will engage with a diverse range of patients and health professionals in a vibrant community dedicated to enhancing health and wellness.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized care plans that address patients' specific orthopedic needs.Administer evidence-based treatment techniques aimed at improving patients' mobility, flexibility, and overall physical function.Monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment protocols as necessary to align with evolving goals and needs.Deliver patient education regarding exercise, wellness practices, and self-management strategies to optimize recovery.Foster a motivating environment that encourages patients to achieve their maximum potential through dedicated support.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide seamless patient care and enhance treatment outcomes.Stay current with industry best practices and advancements in orthopedic physical therapy to continuously improve service delivery.Patient Population / Client FocusIn this role, you will primarily work with patients facing a variety of orthopedic challenges, including musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. You will interact with a broad demographic, tailoring your approach to meet the diverse needs of patients from various backgrounds, ensuring culturally sensitive care and communication.QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is mandatory; however, candidates with a Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy are preferred.Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in orthopedic rehabilitation is required.Strong foundation in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and rehabilitation methodologies.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with patients and healthcare providers.Preferred ExperiencePrior experience working in an outpatient rehabilitation setting, particularly in treating musculoskeletal injuries.Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate patients from varied backgrounds and with different personalities.Knowledge of modern physical therapy practices and a commitment to ongoing professional development.Compensation and BenefitsThe compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, in addition to performance-based bonuses.
