About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Quality and Risk Management to take on a pivotal, hospital-wide leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing quality, safety, risk management, and patient experience within the organization. This includes leading the coordination and optimization of these areas, with a focus on infection prevention, quality data collection and reporting, accreditation, and peer review. The role demands a dynamic, patient-focused individual with a proven track record in creating a culture of quality, safety, and performance excellence, and a minimum of five years' progressive leadership experience in a healthcare setting. As the VP of Quality and Risk Management, the executive will be a key member of the leadership team, championing a culture of quality and patient-centered care. They will work closely with hospital and physician leadership, as well as clinical and operational staff, to ensure alignment with the organization's long-term goals. The ideal candidate will be a change leader, capable of influencing others, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability, and managing ambiguity. The role is dedicated to promoting continuous improvement and requires the development and implementation of proactive policies and practices to build on the organization's strong track record in quality performance and excellence.
