Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain positive and trusting relationships with clients, ensuring a safe space for open communication.

• Diagnose various mental health disorders using DSM-5 criteria, performing thorough assessments and evaluations.
\n
• Develop customized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs and circumstances of each client.
\n
• Conduct regular therapy sessions – both individual and couple’s counseling – to provide ongoing support and modifications to treatment as needed.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting therapeutic approaches based on individual needs and feedback.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions to foster peer support and community among clients facing similar challenges.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, integrated care, referring clients to specialists when appropriate.

• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in marriage and family therapy, as well as related fields such as addiction counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington state.

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices and therapeutic methodologies for mental health treatment.

• Exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to connect with clients and facilitate discussions on sensitive topics.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and related technology to deliver remote therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
