How It Works Gamified Quests Students complete quests that build real readiness — from exploring careers and colleges to obtaining scholarships, financial aid insights, and essential life skills. AI-Driven Personalization Intelligent matching connects students to opportunities (schools, careers, scholarships) based on their strengths and goals. Mentorship Through Trail Guides Virtual guides support students through each stage, helping reduce overwhelm and boost confidence. Help iLevelUP coordinate educational programs that connect underserved youth and young people with readiness, mentoring, workshops, and digital learning opportunities. The volunteer Education Program Manager will manage approved program operations and quality across participants, volunteers, curriculum, schedules, partnerships, and evaluation. Responsibilities Translate approved program goals into calendars, workflows, staffing needs, readiness checks, and success measures Coordinate mentors, facilitators, training, workshops, communications, and partner handoffs Maintain approved participation, consent, accommodation, attendance, and completion processes Monitor program quality, accessibility, safeguarding, volunteer capacity, and participant feedback Partner with product, outreach, training, evaluation, and support volunteers Document decisions, risks, incidents, improvements, and operating guidance Use minimum-necessary information and protect participant and caregiver privacy Avoid making admissions, eligibility, counseling, disciplinary, legal, or financial decisions outside approved policy Escalate safety, privacy, conduct, accessibility, or wellbeing concerns immediately Qualifications Experience in education, youth programs, nonprofit program management, mentoring, student services, or community learning Strong planning, facilitation, volunteer coordination, documentation, and inclusive communication Familiarity with accessibility, privacy, safeguarding, evaluation, and virtual program delivery At least 25 years old and willing to complete a background check Ability to follow approved supervision and escalation procedures This is a remote, recurring role available within the United States. Expect approximately 5–10 hours per month.
