Job Description We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst III to join our team on a hybrid schedule of at least three days onsite per week. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong business analysis expertise, proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements and deliverables. The role will support mid-sized initiatives, drive process improvements, and enable data-informed decision-making. Responsibilities: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, testable requirements. Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities; develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations. Evaluate processes and recommend solutions that drive efficiency and measurable outcomes. Lead or support mid-sized projects, including planning, tracking, and delivery coordination. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations to validate requirements and align expectations. Participate in User Acceptance Testing and ensure solutions meet acceptance criteria and business goals. Maintain accurate documentation of processes, systems, requirements, and project metrics; report performance and outcomes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a closely related role. Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving with the ability to derive insights and recommendations. Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams. Experience with business process modeling and documentation practices. Hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Proficiency with Agile tools, specifically Jira, and collaboration platforms such as Confluence. Preferred Skills: Experience operating within Agile or Scrum environments.
