Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bookkeeper to join our team at Cider Mill Apartments in Montgomery Village, MD. The ideal candidate will assist with rent collections.

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for collections and delinquent rent.

What you offer:

• Bilingual ability is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills and professional phone etiquette required.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Yardi experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of OneSite software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles.
