Case Manager

Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Base up to $65,000 + discretionary year-end bonus About the Opportunity A mid-size national plaintiff law firm is seeking an experienced Case Manager (Paralegal) to join their Bergen County office. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and wants to play a central role in managing cases. What You'll Do: Manage a caseload, ensuring cases progress efficiently Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing updates and support throughout the case lifecycle Coordinate closely with attorneys on case strategy, documentation, and deadlines Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and case files Communicate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other outside parties as needed Maintain organized, accurate case files and track key deadlines Support the overall efficiency and success of the legal team What You'll Bring: Prior experience as a paralegal or case manager, ideally within plaintiff/personal injury law (preferred, not required) Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Client-focused mindset with a professional, empathetic approach Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively with attorneys and staff Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Why Join Us: Competitive base salary up to $65K, plus a discretionary year-end bonus Hybrid schedule offering flexibility with 2 remote days per week after your first 90 days Join a well-established, respected national plaintiff firm with strong case volume and support #J-18808-Ljbffr
