HR Operations Analyst
HR Operations Analyst Job Duties and Responsibilities
Provide HR support for US HR team including but not limited to:
- Provide administrative support to HR VP (travel, calendar, projects)
- Assist with day to day HR operations and projects
- Work with Finance team to ensure smooth HR invoice payments, 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct new hire orientations weekly and quarterly
- In charge of assigned HR projects all hands meeting, Climate survey, and Branding etc.
- Follow up with HQ appointment and announcement, complex organization changes
- Closely work with HR VP for HR team budget
- Provide expert timely, accurate and friendly assistance to employees on basic HR policy questions
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business administration, management or other related discipline.
1-2 years of relevant experience.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office: advanced skills in Excel and PPT.
Acute attention to accuracy and detail in all aspects of responsibilities.
English/Mandarin bilingual.
The position requires a balance between customer service skills and strong administrative skills with a proficiency in using technology.
Exceptional professionalism, communication, and interpersonal skills.
