Warranty CoordinatorExpress Employment Professionals of Bradenton, FL is currently hiring for a Warranty Coordinator with a flooring company located in the Palmetto, FL area. Duties include:Receive and review warranty claims from customers, distributors, or internal departments.Evaluate claims based on warranty policies, terms, and conditions.Ensure all required documentation and information are complete and accurate for processing.Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding warranty inquiries and claims status.Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on claim status, resolution timelines, and any additional information required.Recommend improvements to warranty policies, procedures, and systems to reduce claim cycle times and improve customer satisfaction.Schedule and dispatch service technicians to address warranty claims and service requests.Collaborate with installation teams and quality control personnel to verify warranty claims and assess flooring issues.Requirements include:High School Diploma/GED required.Proven experience in Flooring/Construction and terminology.Prior Warranty experience required.Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.Knowledge of flooring materials and installation processes required.Ability to learn new software is a must including App Right and systems builders use.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.If interested, call the Bradenton Express Employment Professionals office at View phone number on click.appcast.io to complete an application and interview – all over the phone.
