Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool (Night Shift)

Join the specialized float pool supporting two Magnet®-recognized hospitals, providing flexible and varied clinical care across ICU, Emergency Department, and Medical Telemetry units. Responsibilities Include Delivering direct patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Promoting patient and family‑centered care, education, and safety. Developing and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers. Supporting quality, regulatory compliance, and professional development activities. Qualifications And Skills Minimum of two years acute care experience. RN license with a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred). Strong IV therapy skills, telemetry interpretation, BLS, ACLS; NIHSS and PALS preferred for ED. Ability to work safely and with alertness in a fast‑paced environment. Key duties: Supporting patient care across multiple units, ensuring safety and quality outcomes, and participating in professional growth within a flexible schedule.
