About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Strategy and Business Development to lead the strategic direction and growth initiatives of its Greater Silicon Valley Division. The successful candidate will be a seasoned executive with a proven track record in driving growth and transformation, particularly in the healthcare sector. This role is pivotal in spearheading the expansion of key divisions within the ambulatory services and requires a mission-driven leader with a proactive and results-oriented approach. The VP will be accountable for the overall strategic growth objectives, setting geographic division strategic direction, and cascading enterprise system strategy in partnership with the Divisional Leadership Team. Responsibilities include leading growth-oriented strategic initiatives, service line strategic planning, business development, and fostering strategic partnerships within the division's service area. The ideal candidate for the Vice President, Strategy and Business Development position at the company will have a history of successful collaboration with physicians and senior executives, both within and outside the organization. They should be adept at working in complex, changing, and multifaceted environments, and be prepared to play a key role in the division's rapid growth and significant capital investment in ambulatory services.
