Job Details Represent local government entities in civil litigation matters including civil rights, employment, contract disputes, tort, and premises liability Handle cases across all stages from pre-litigation through trial Work alongside experienced government law attorneys on complex, multi-faceted matters governed by local, state, and federal law Serve a recession-resistant client base with consistent workflow across economic cycles Qualifications 2 to 12 years of civil litigation experience Active and good standing Georgia bar license required Strong academic background and written communication skills Stable work history preferred Local government law experience a plus but not required Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
